Fog Bandit LED Remote Control
The Fog Bandit LED Remote is more than a standard wireless key fob. It is a configurable control device designed specifically to operate selected functions of the Bandit security fog system.
Depending on the system configuration, the two-button transmitter can be programmed to control Guard, Alarm or Panic functions, allowing the remote to be adapted to the operating requirements of each protected site.
Button A and Button B can be assigned to different functions depending on the Bandit controller configuration. This allows the remote to be used for system guarding, alarm activation or dedicated panic operation rather than functioning as a simple on/off transmitter.
For panic applications, the remote can be configured for different operating behaviours. Depending on the setup, the panic function can operate as a latched activation, where the button is pressed once to activate and again to reset, or as a momentary activation, where the panic input remains active only while the button is being pressed.
The integrated LED indication provides immediate visual feedback to the authorised user, helping confirm remote operation and system status. This makes the LED Remote particularly suitable for retail, jewellery, commercial and high-security environments where fast, deliberate and clearly indicated control is important.
The Bandit receiver can also support multiple programmed transmitters, allowing additional authorised remotes to be added where required.
