A wide field of view designed to cover larger areas. Ideal for entrances, backyards, car parks and large indoor spaces.

5mm Lens – Balanced View

A slightly narrower view that provides greater detail at medium distances while maintaining good area coverage. Suitable for side areas, corridors and medium-sized spaces.

12mm Lens – Medium Zoom

A narrower field of view designed to capture greater detail at longer distances. Suitable for driveways, gates and access points.

50mm Lens – Long Zoom

A highly focused field of view for long-distance identification, license plate recognition and specialised surveillance applications.

Which Lens Should I Choose?

Choosing the correct lens depends on the distance, size of the area and purpose of the camera. Our team assesses your site and recommends the most suitable lens to achieve the right balance between coverage and identification detail.

What We Need From You

Roof Cavity Access

Our installers require access to the internal roof cavity to run the camera cables.

If your property does not have a roof cavity, such as a flat roof or solid-wall construction, conduit may be required to protect and route the Ethernet cabling.

A $180 surcharge per camera may apply where conduit or additional installation work is required.

If you are unsure whether your property has suitable roof access, our team can assess this during installation or during a prior site visit. The final installation cost may vary depending on site conditions.

Modem Location

Please ensure your internet modem is accessible on the same floor as the CCTV installation.

If this is not possible, we can provide a TP-Link bridge ($80) to connect your CCTV system wirelessly.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within one business day to arrange a convenient installation time.

Typical lead time: 1–3 business days.
