Roof Cavity Access
Our technicians generally require access to the internal roof cavity to run Ethernet camera cabling.
If the property has a flat roof, solid walls or no accessible roof cavity, external conduit may be required to protect the cables.
An additional charge of approximately $180 per camera may apply where conduit, specialised materials or additional labour are required.
Final installation requirements and costs will be confirmed following site assessment.
Internet Modem Location
Please ensure the internet modem or network equipment is accessible so the recorder can be connected reliably for remote viewing and event notifications.
If a direct network connection is not practical, a compatible wireless bridge or network extension solution may be required at an additional cost.
