Why Dual Illumination Matters
The camera can use infrared for discreet night monitoring or white-light illumination when additional colour detail is required.
This gives you greater flexibility than a conventional infrared-only CCTV camera and helps produce more useful footage in different night-time conditions.
Standard Motion Notifications
This is the standard non-AI model. It provides regular motion notifications through the mobile application,
but these alerts do not include an image snapshot or preview.
When a motion notification is received, the user opens the app and reviews the recorded footage to identify what caused the event.

Important — Standard Model
This package uses the standard TVT camera model and provides normal motion notifications only.
Motion alerts do not include image previews.
To receive AI-generated notifications with image snapshots or more advanced event detection,
an AI-enabled camera model is required.
What We Need From You Before Installation
To help us complete your installation smoothly and minimise additional installation costs,
please review the following requirements.
Roof Cavity Access
Our technicians normally require access to the internal roof cavity to run Ethernet cables between the NVR and each camera.
If the property has a flat roof, concrete construction, solid walls or no accessible roof cavity,
external conduit may be required to safely protect the camera cabling.
Where conduit installation is required, an additional charge of
$180 per camera may apply to cover additional materials and labour.
If you are unsure about the construction of your property, our technicians can assess the installation requirements
during a site inspection or when attending the installation.
The final price may vary depending on accessibility and the amount of additional work required.
Internet Modem Location
Please ensure your internet modem or router is accessible, preferably on the same floor as the CCTV recorder.
If a direct network connection is not practical, we can supply a
TP-Link wireless bridge for $80
to connect the CCTV system to your network.
