What We Need From You

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free installation, please review the following before our technicians arrive.

Roof Cavity Access

Our installers normally require access to the internal roof cavity
to run network cabling between the NVR and the cameras.

If your property does not have an accessible roof cavity — for example,
a flat roof, concrete ceiling or solid-wall construction —
external conduit may be required to protect exposed Ethernet cabling.

A surcharge of $180 per camera may apply where conduit and additional installation work are required.

If you are unsure about your property’s construction,
our technicians can assess the installation requirements during a site visit or on the day of installation.
Final costs may vary depending on accessibility and additional work required.

Modem Location

Please ensure your internet modem or router is accessible,
preferably on the same floor as the CCTV recorder.

If a direct network connection is not practical, we can supply and configure a

TP-Link Wireless Bridge for $80

to connect the CCTV system to your network.
