High-Speed Active Security Fog Protection
The Fog Bandit 320 Security Fog System is a compact, high-performance active security solution designed to rapidly reduce visibility during an intrusion, helping restrict an intruder’s ability to locate or remove valuable assets.
Using its Multi-Way Ejection Nozzle, the Bandit 320 can deliver up to approximately 200 m³ of high-density security fog in just 4 seconds, with fog output of up to approximately 50 m³ per second.
The system is suitable for small to medium commercial and high-value areas, with final cartridge configuration, mounting position and protected volume confirmed during professional site assessment and commissioning.
Professional Alarm Integration
The Fog Bandit 320 can be integrated with compatible professional security alarm systems or configured for standalone operation.
The system uses a dedicated CF31v2 Controller supplied in a separate 12V enclosure with backup battery. This modular architecture allows the fog generator to be positioned independently from the control electronics, providing greater flexibility for installation, monitoring and maintenance.
Depending on the final system design, the controller can interface with alarm, guard, confirmation, authorised panic activation, fire inhibit and system status functions.
Flexible Installation Options
The Fog Bandit 320 supports vertical, horizontal, ceiling and hidden installation options, allowing the generator and fog trajectory to be positioned according to the protected area while maintaining a clean and discreet appearance.
The Bandit 320 can also be configured for covert installation above suspended ceilings, behind suitable partition or plaster walls, or inside cabinets. In these installations, the fog generator can remain concealed while only the fog ejection nozzle is visible within the protected area.
This makes the system particularly suitable for jewellery stores, retail premises, pharmacies, electronics retailers and other commercial environments where visible security equipment may not suit the interior design.

High-Density Security Fog
Fog Bandit security fog is designed to rapidly restrict visibility within the protected area, reducing an intruder’s ability to identify, locate or remove valuable merchandise and equipment.
The system is designed for use in commercial and high-value environments and is intended not to leave damaging deposits or stains on floors, furniture, electronics, stock or other protected assets under normal operating conditions.
Dual-Cartridge System – Two Separate Activations
The Fog Bandit 320 uses two sealed disposable fog cartridges, installed in separate cartridge positions within the generator.
With two full operational cartridges installed, the system is prepared for two separate full fog activations before both used cartridges require replacement.
This dual-cartridge design provides a second available fog activation after the first cartridge has been discharged, helping maintain protection until the used cartridges are replaced.
Fog Cartridge Configuration
The Fog Bandit 320 cartridge configuration is selected according to the protected volume and final system design.
- 180–200 m³ Cartridge 8 – disposable operational cartridge for the Bandit 320
- 40–60 m³ Test Cartridge – listed by Fog Bandit ANZ as a test cartridge for commissioning and demonstration purposes
Operational cartridges can be supplied separately when replacement is required. Final cartridge selection is confirmed according to the protected area, room geometry and installation requirements.
Fast 0.1-Second Response
The Fog Bandit 320 has a stated 0.1-second device reaction time, allowing the system to respond extremely quickly once the programmed activation conditions are met.
Combined with fog output of up to approximately 50 m³ per second, the Bandit 320 is designed to rapidly transform visibility inside the protected area.
